Terms of use
Notoryty Intelligence Private Limited
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of notoryty.com (the "website"). The website is operated by Notoryty Intelligence Private Limited ("Notoryty", "we", "us"), CIN U62011DC2026PTC475230, with its registered office at 12, Mahadev Road, New Delhi, Central Delhi, Delhi 110001, India.
By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
1. The website and the platform
The website describes the Notoryty platform. Use of the platform needs a separate written agreement with Notoryty. That agreement, not these terms, governs the platform and any data you put into it.
2. What Notoryty is not
Notoryty is a software provider. Notoryty:
- is not a bank, a non-banking financial company or any other lender;
- does not lend, arrange, broker, underwrite or guarantee loans;
- is not a lending service provider or direct selling agent for any lender;
- does not give financial, investment, credit, legal or tax advice.
Nothing on the website is an offer of credit, an offer of securities or a recommendation to lend to, or invest in, any project or company. Lending decisions stay with the lender and its credit committee.
3. Product images and figures
Product images on the website show fictional organisations, projects and amounts. They do not show real customers, borrowers or loans.
Market figures on the website come from the public sources named next to them. These figures can change, and we do not guarantee that they are complete or current.
The website describes features that are live and features that are in development. Features in development can change or may not be released. Do not rely on a description on the website as a commitment to deliver a feature.
4. AI
The Notoryty platform uses AI to read documents and suggest values. On the platform, a person reviews these suggestions before they become facts, and deterministic code computes the figures. Examples of AI output on the website are illustrations only.
5. Design partners
Submitting the design-partner form does not create a partnership, a contract or an obligation for you or for us. A design partnership starts only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Do not send confidential information, loan files or borrower data through the website form. If you want to share such material, we agree a secure method and terms first.
6. Your use of the website
You must not:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose;
- try to get unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- interfere with the website, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
- copy or collect content from the website by automated means, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- submit false information or impersonate another person or organisation through the form.
7. Intellectual property
Notoryty owns, or has a licence to use, the content of the website. This includes its text, images, design, code, the Notoryty name and the Notoryty logo. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not copy, change or publish the content, or use the Notoryty name or logo, without our written permission.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback about Notoryty, we may use them without any obligation to you. This clause does not give us any right to your confidential information or to data you provide under a written agreement.
9. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as public tender portals. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement.
10. No warranty
We provide the website "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the website is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, that arises from your use of the website;
- our total liability to you for any claim that arises from your use of the website is limited to ₹10,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
12. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data that we collect through the website.
13. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. We publish the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The version on this page when you use the website applies to that use.
14. Law and courts
Indian law governs these terms. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from these terms or from your use of the website.
15. General
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, we do not waive that right.
